Classes have a maximum capacity of 8 students which allows for more one-on-one time, easier identification of student's issues and a more conducive learning environment.

Does Xsquare offer a trial class?
Yes, we offer a trial period of 4 lessons ($520) for new students.
Will There be a deposit for new students joining Xsquare?
There will be a one month deposit for new students joining Xsquare. (excluding trial students) This will be refunded if students provide a one month notice prior to the date of their last class.
How should I go about signing up for lessons at Xsquare?
Firstly, you may fill up our online registration form. Secondly, you may contact us directly through WhatsApp/SMS at 97384137 and lastly you may drop us an email at xsquare.wnsh@gmail.com
What payment methods does Xsquare accept?
We accept Paynow/PayLah, Bank Transfer as well as Cheque payments. More information will be available on the invoice sent out to students.
Will teachers go through previously taught topics/concepts for students who joined class late?
Teachers will re-cover the content previously taught during our holiday programs during March/June or September so we highly encourage new students to attend these crash courses to cover the important content they have missed out on.
Are there make up lessons for students who missed lessons?
Students who have missed out on lessons due to valid reasons (medical) will be allowed to attend a make-up session during the same week. If the student is unable to attend any make up lessons during the same week/if there is no available slots, the student may schedule a 1hr consultation session to cover the missed lesson. Alternatively, the student may attend any of our holiday crash courses to catch up on any topics. More detailed information on this can be found on our Terms and Conditions.
